Captain’s Log: Day Seven
My dearest Luna,
You know, as I do, that scientists have a sense of humor that sometimes sneaks into our work. It helps with the stress and the eye strain.
Today I passed FarOut, 2018 VG18, as I traveled through trans-Neptunian space. It’s amazing to think that I’m now three times farther from the Sun than Pluto. I am indeed far out.
A while later I passed FarFarOut, 2018 AG37, tagged that by Scott Shephard to acknowledge it is even farther away than FarOut. The farthest known object in the orbit of our solar system, as observed by Earth’s technology.
Farthest KNOWN object.
No spoilers here.
