Captain’s Log: Day Ten
My dearest Luna,
Today I paused to take a closer look at NGC 6302, the Butterfly Nebula. What a spectacular sight. This nebula, as you know, is formed by a dying star shedding its material. The jets and bubbles of gas really put on quite a show.
We should all let things go as we age. Take ourselves a little less seriously, carry a little less baggage. It is a lesson I hope to learn before I’m dying – and I don’t have 20,000 years left to learn it, even with nine lives!
